Ouch!

"I am like a servant around here!  I am not your servant.  Can anyone around here pick up their stuff." 

Not too nice when that is coming from your child's mouth.   Guess who taught them that?  Yes, IT WAS ME!!

Matthew 20:26-28
But among you it will be different.  Whoever wants to be a leader among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first among you must become your slave.  For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others and to give his life as a ransom for many.

Thank you Lord that you showed me this while there is still time to instill the joy of serving others.

Today I am, with the Lord's help, going to serve my family joyfully in everything I do:
Laundry, Dishes, Teaching, Washing bed sheets, Making beds, Cleaning floors, Making Breakfast, Cleaning up messes, Dealing with grumblings, Cleaning our basement, Driving to and from activities.....
