Experiencing God!

I am reading a great book by Henry T Blackaby & Claude V King, Experiencing God.

I know there is freedom when we give EVERYTHING over to the Lord!  Sometimes I need God to remind me!

On page 196 Blackaby writes:
I wonder if God ever tests our faith as He did Philip's.  Does He say, "Feed the multitudes"and we respond, "We don't have that much money in our budget"?  Truth stands in the middle and the Lord says, "Believe in Me.  I will never give you an order that I will not release the power to enable it to happen.  Trust Me, obey Me, and it will happen."

We are in the midst of orthodontist decisions.  Who has $10K!!! sitting around? Not us.  I know the Lord has a plan and I can rest in Him.

We are NOT one to run to the dr's or ortho's for cosmetic stuff.  We might have to do this so our two children can chew properly and not have jaw surgery as an adult.  It is something that can be easier fixed now than as an adult so we might have to go through with it.

I see God working.  Here is the timeline:
1) Van sells - Lord did that!
2) In laws allow us to use their Explorer
3) Uncle offers us a car at NO CHARGE - older Cadillac (and frankly I do NOT want to drive this!! :( )
4) In laws offer to sell us their Explorer at a great price (I want to buy!)
5) Jason all of a sudden starts getting side jobs (which he hasn't had all year and this time of year it usually slows down) and extra work (we can buy Explorer and get a little ahead, save, etc)
6) Ortho informs us that two of our children need $10,000 in dental work! (Guess Lord you are saying no to Explorer yes to Ortho bills???)

My first reaction to $10K is NOOOO!  My second reaction is "do not fear".  I know the Lord knew about all of this.  I know God will provide as he has every single time in the past!

I want to buy the Explorer and do NOT want to be driving in an older Lincoln.  Seriously!  I want to start saving.  I want to get ahead.  I want to pay things off.  I don't want to use this money at the ortho's.  ME, ME, ME!!! :)

I'm wondering if the Lord is telling us -
1) I sold your van.
2) I provided the Lincoln.
3) You will have plenty of money for the ortho.
4) I am blessing you!
5) I love you!
6) Fear not!

Thank you Lord for your perfect timing! Thank you Lord that you DO provide every single time.

Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart.  And lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.
