JUST POST OR IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN!

I tell myself I should wait until I have a post worthwhile before posting.  Alas, here is a post NOT worth sharing.  I will post this in hopes it will get me back in the posting groove. :)

We had a fantastic vacation!  God provided in so many ways - funds, beautiful weather, perfect health, safe vehicle, no lines at Disney, lots of laughter, perfect hotel on the way to FL and another even nicer on the way home and so much more.

Now that we are home we are getting back into the swing of things.  We began studies again this week.  Some things we are learning:  Human Anatomy, TT Math, Piano, Character Stories (free download), Bible, Lamplighter Stories, Story Hour Bible, IEW Writing, Chores and Cooking.  We started watching Cheaper By the Dozen and we are all enjoying very much!

This week I am listening to Chris Davis's audio CD's.  He used to speak at homeschool conventions but has since 'retired' from that venue.  He is my all time favorite Christian homeschool speaker.  I wish everyone could hear his thoughts and ideas just once.....they are life changing for a homeschool family.  I am enjoying the refreshment I am gaining by listening.

I've been on a roll with cooking this week.  I generally cook the same old same old meals - so blah!  When I was on vacation I copied 4 new recipes from my Mother In Law and actually made them this week.  So Yummy!!!  Tonight I made homemade Salmon Burgers (Awesome!!), last night I made mac and cheese (the recipe called for two jars of baby carrots - it was actually very tasty and healthy!) and earlier this week I made a pasta with spinach, mushrooms, onions and fresh parm cheese.

Now that I've just talked about a whole bunch of nothing I will end my post.  Till tomorrow....when I hope I have something worthwhile to share but even if it's not worthwhile I hope you will still read. :)
